I had a fantastic time working with Ashley and Jason! They had a gorgeous wedding at Sanders Mansion and we found so many beautiful spots to take pictures. I had a blast working with these two, they are so fun and so obviously head over heels in love! They are also naturals in front of the camera, so relaxed and focused on each other...just the way a wedding day should be.
I've had a fantastic time working with Chrissie and Aaron and was thrilled that they wanted to do a post-wedding session! We went all over Fremont and Gasworks and got lots of stares, honks and congratulations in the process...I suppose most people don't walk around town in a wedding dress on a weeknight! We weren't sure how much trashing of Chrissie's gorgeous dress we were going to engage in, but Chrissie said she tends to live in the moment and was open to possibilities :) By the end of the evening Chrissie's dress was had a striking black border around the edges and was heavy with water! It was well worth it because we got beautiful images and the dress should be good as new after a trip to the dry cleaner.
These two little guys have a special place in my heart. They are the sons of close friends, Mark and Jessica, and the eldest boy, Gabe, is my godson. Jessica and I took the boys to the park and I couldn't resist bringing my camera! So, so cute...
Stephanie and Heath had a gorgeous wedding day aboard the Skansonia in August. The weather was beautiful and we had a breathtaking view of the skyline all night long! Stephanie's hair appointment ended up running a couple hours late, so we weren't able to get the variety of bride and groom shots that I usually strive for, but it all worked out and we still got lots of great stuff from their special day! Stephanie and Heath compliment one another so well and are such fun to be around. Again, because I'm a bit late updating my blog, I'm skipping the teasers and getting right to the good stuff, enjoy!
Koply and Dana had a beautiful wedding at Lake Wilderness Lodge in August with a vintage Paris theme (which Dana pulled off flawlessly!). The weather couldn't quite make up its mind, and the ceremony was moved inside at the last minute in front of a beautiul bank of windows overlooking the water. They also had an awesome live band, which really got the party moving! They are an incredibly kind and loving couple, I had a wonderful time working with them. I'm a bit late updating my blog, so I'll skip the teasers and go right to the slideshow, enjoy!
I met Heidi and her wonderful family in the Spring of 2007 while she was matron of honor at a wedding I photographed. I was thrilled when she contacted me to schedule a photo session and we had a great time taking these photos. We also timed the weather perfectly, it was cloudy (perfect photography weather) right up until we drove away when it started pouring!
Welcome to my blog! This is an accompaniment to my website, Amber Roberts Photography. This is more informal site where clients and potential clients can see new work and get to know me a bit better. Check back often as I hope to update it frequently with new work. Thanks for taking the time to visit!
