Meet my friend Taryn and her daughter Amelia...aren't they beautiful?! We had a great morning; first, coffee and a good chat at Zoka's and then off to the arboretum for a quick mother/daughter photo session. Amelia wasn't feeling great that day, but we still managed to get some adorable shots!
I met up with Molly and Chris at Pike Place Market for their engagement session a few weeks ago. We had a great time wandering the market and snapping photos! They are a very fun and sweet couple who love to joke around. The session was topped off by a bagful of freshly made mini-donuts from a Pike Place vendor, yum! I had a fabulous time and I'm looking forward to their wedding this Fall.
Before Christmas I had an wonderful photo session with Megan and Aaron in Tacoma. It was nice to get out of my usual neck of the woods (Seattle) and shoot somewhere I don't get to very often. They are a very sweet and fun couple and we had lots of fun talking and joking around during the session.
It was a wonderful day for shooting last weekend with lots of soft and diffuse light to work with. I met Jessica and Mike at Golden Gardens for a fabulous engagement session. They were naturals in front of the camera and are incredibly photogenic (and they laughed at me when I told them that during the session...but I was right, don't you agree ;) Thanks for a fun session!
I adore that I am now getting to photograph the little babies of my wedding clients. You may recognize Tasha and Dominic from a previous post about their wedding. They now have a beautiful little girl named Sophia. She is a bit colicy, but her mom and dad are experts at soothing her and she was extremely cooperative and oh my goodness, SO cute! Don't you agree...
Very thoughtful...
The little details...
This one cracks me up, I love the look on Sophia's face, it's priceless!
